Truffle season!
Making a comeback are fabulous Tasmanian truffles currently
featuring in special dishes, and also as an optional addition to a
new dégustation menu,
available in conjunction with our à la carte menu. A well-known fan of the
truffle, chef Patrice Repellin's mountain cheese risotto was
featured in the Age's Epicure on July 6th.
