Truffle season!
Making a comeback are fabulous Tasmanian truffles currently featuring in special dishes, and also as an optional addition to a new dégustation menu, available in conjunction with our à la carte menu. A well-known fan of the truffle, chef Patrice Repellin's mountain cheese risotto was featured in the Age's Epicure on July 6th.

Le Plat du Jour
Welcome to the cooler months, a great time for fans of slow food, braises and classic French flavours. Cosy up by the fire and enjoy a different dish every week. And as a new addition, the plat du jour will also be available in take home packs.
